So my husband's bank rejected the IRS' EFT that was supposed to go through last Friday because my husband and I have diffferent last names, and somehow they put his first and middle names on the refund and my last name (dont know how that's possible) but at any rate, the bank rejected the eft. What is my next course of action, will the IRS change the name on the EFT and send it again? If not how long will it take to get a paper check?

I have fairly new NEC, Pioneer and a Lite-On DVD-Roms in my computers, but they only read maybe 50% of all my badly scratched DVDs.

What would be the best model on the market today specifically designed to read scratched & dirty DVD-Roms....

Any references to tech. reviews would be appreciated.

My son received his 360 for christmas gift Dec of 2005 and the production date was 12/05/2005 . There is no reciept due to a gift and he has been calling Microsoft for months about issues. Hes 16 and they are telling him that it will cost upwards of close to $200.00 to send out and repair. Does anyone know if there is a way to get this thing fixed under warranty? Its doing all the normal rhings...3 red lights,freezing up and very noisy. We don't have the money for repairs.Thanks in advance for your help.

I think that congestion charging is an outrageous intrusion on civil liberties as well as being an unfair regressive tax. Labour seems to be going ahead with it despite widespread opposition. What do you think David Cameron's position will be? Will he be a cowardly weasle and oppose it but stick with congestion charging once he's in Downing Street in a few years?

I don't mean that boys are only in it for sex or that they don't think about anything else but my guy friends tell me that to a certain extent, once in high school, guys are thinking about sex in some way at 99.9% of the time. I don't find this hard to believe, but are they really THAT much worse than girls in that aspect?? Most people think about it at sometime, but all the time?
