....sometimes what appears to not receiving an answer is really the answer. Seems like the most religious people I know were in a corner with what they thought was not way out and found God that way. No matter what you feel....because our feelings our often mislead.....there are people that do care about you. They may not be next door, in your city, state, or country.......but they do care. Sometimes these experiences are an eye opener to just how much effort you have to put into living. It's a dog eat dog world for the most part and to get through it........YOU have to live your own life.......afterall......only you will be judged in the end for your life......not others in it. It's easy to say.....but hard to do. You have to realize your self worth and desire to take charge of your life. Stand up for what you believe in and get back up when knocked down. Although we may have support from others from time to time.....we're really still alone....all of us. Maybe this is a way for you to stand up...take control....and live YOUR life. I've went through people in my life that tried to end their own.......but they all bounced back. Time is the key......and taking charge is the answer. Control your emotions.......don't let them control you. I don't know anything about you that would cause you to feel this way........but everyone has at some point or another.....so you're not alone. How you react to this is a different story. This is just a part of life sometimes......it sucks....but we all share it. It's a building block for our character. Don't give in.....fight.......let it shape you so you'll be stronger if you feel this way again. Don't let everyone elses influences......affect you because they aren't living for you. God Bless

I understand where u are coming from. I went through this during a period while I was in college. The only thing u can do is to keep moving forward. I know things might not be going your way but you have to keep your head up and continue on. God is testing u right now and you've probably prayed for what u want but u have to be patient. Try to occupy your time with something new or maybe something u want to learn. Don't focus on what's not going right in your life right now because you could be doing alot worse. Be grateful for the things that u have today because they could be gone tomorrow. Goodluck :)

I think the best example in the bible is Elijah. Depression is not a spiritual problem it is a physical one. When Elijah was depressed God told him to have a good meal and go to bed. The next day God told him to do the same thing. Depression is emotional tiredness and just like it takes time to get over physical tiredness so it takes time to get over emmotional tiredness.

Escapism works wonders. I usually play video games to take my mind off things.

Sometimes it's not that you're depressed, just under-nourished. Get some food in you, anything that contains tryptophan will help as it will increase your serotonin levels and decrease that depressive feeling.

I'd read Isaiah 54. And keep praying. I did so, and I'm still here... :)
