I think the two aren't similar. True christians do believe that homosexuality is a sin, but according to the bible all sins are equal. Lieing is as bad as cheating is as bad as murder and so on and so forth. So no one sin is worse then another. A homosexual is no different then someone who is non christian. They deserve no hate nor intolerance. True christians would not be in favor of hurting or ostracizing any non christian. That's the difference between the cross and the swastika.

It seems to me that in our present society you have the right to your philosophy; so why should you dump on those who have other philosophies as long as they leave you alone, and vice versa.
Why should these symbols mean anything to you? This I do not understand! How can the cross mean anything to you?
Unless you actually have been affected because you yourself were in a concentration camp or perhaps your close relatives were, the swastika refers to Buddhism, perhaps other Indian (country) religions (?) and Hitler's insanity. For most Europeans and Americans, the swastika has become a historical relic.
If you are interested in becoming a Christian then you have a huge problem!

Are you asking if we should shun Christians like
we shun Nazis, I'd have to say "No". The Nazi
party made the elimination of Jews the single
largest plank in their platform.
Christianity is far more diverse - its true that
some sects have decided to try to make
the elimination of homosexuality part of their
platform - but a far smaller portion of the
community than Nazis with Jews.
And of course, there are a lot of
homosexual Christians. I doubt there
were many Jewish Nazis.
I can certainly see the similarities, though.

You are a dumb gay man, that's for sure. Whether the Christian faith is anti-gay, it is not their sole purpose. The Nazi's sole purpose was the eradication of those not like them, including the Jews.
COMPLETELY DIFFERENT!!!

Yeah.
Jesus saves ... even gay people ... if and when they repent of their abominable behavior ... just like he saves heteros who repent of their abominable behavior.
God doesn't play favorites.
There's more hetero sinners than homo sinners in the world.
Everybody has their own problems to overcome.
Why should gays be any different?

Bad analogy. Yes, you should acknowledge the cross. Unless you believe in something else. But, if you're feeling guilty don't blame it on Christians.

I think you should fear the cross, just like a Jew would fear a swastika. Jesus said to fear him who could destroy the soul in hell forever.

The Almighty YHVH set up a system. He sent His “Son” YAHOSHUA to die for the sins of mankind so they would not have to. (They could choose to, but did not have to). Any person who chooses not to allow Yahoshua to take care of their sins, chooses to remain attached to their sins. They thus will wind up in the lake of fire which is YHVH’s method of cleaning this world, and eliminating sin and sinners. The Creator set aside the Seventh day for rest and worship. Yes that is the day usually called “Saturday”. We are not saved by obedience, we are saved by faith. However we are saved FOR obedience. As He said in John 14:15 (and in many other places) “If you love me, keep my commandments.
Churchianity is a pagan religion. The only thing that will change a person is the indwelling savior Yahoshua. Obviously that is rare in this sinful world.
