Sibling fight a lot, because they are so close and so comfortable with each other. Also if they're angry at someone, say their mom, well they can't go and punch their mom so they just go yell at a nearby sibling. Then the sibling who got yelled at either yells back or finds someone else to get mad at, like another sibling. Also they know that if they yell at a friend he/she won't be their friend anymore, but a brother or sister is always stuck with them.

I have five sisters running around the house at all times. Brothers and sisters fight not because they are you sibling. If you stay with anyone for a long period of time you will end up getting into arguments.
My older sister and I fought to the death at times. But when she moved off to college I cried my eyes out. Now we are closer then ever, and I wish we were like this earlier!

I grew up with six brothers and one sister and we did our fair share of fighting. I am the oldest and seemed like I would always get in trouble for what the younger ones would do. So I would get mad at them and fight. They seemed to pick at me the more then to. It just seems like a normal thing. My two kids fought all of the time too but when someone in public would pick on the other they would stand up for each other. When you get older the stupider the fights would seem.

It is natural for siblings to fight when they are young. However as you get older and leave home you probably will grow closer together as the years go by. That is a natural instinct. A good name for it would be "SIBLING RIVALRY"

Listen! The more you and your Brother fight? The closer, you'll be when you get older. My Daughter, use to argue, fight, and scream at my oldest Son. But now? you can't keep `em a part. They call eachother, everyday! Mark my Words. You'll see!

Because you get under each others feet, you are with them for a long time. I have a twin and she used to annoy me soooo much! But at the end of the day if someone turned on her I'd always wanna kick their butt.

Yep...
I come from a family of two older bros and one older sis.

When we were kids we'd fight all the time. My sis and I had some horrible cat fights. She still has a scar from one of them.

they are competing for attention from parents... and hate that the other might be loved more and get more attention... it is very natural...
