Ok. After reading alot of these questions and answers, I have officially become disturbed. ALOT and I do mean ALOT of you are using the morning after pill for questions and answers....and using it as a form of birth control....which is something it IS NOT. It is used as an emergency resolution. It seems almost like everyone is using it as an excuse to have unprotected sex. So, I want to know why this "morning after pill" is being taunted as a form of birth control? I'm not disagreeing with those who have already or may use it. I just think it should be used for its intended purpose instead of a form of birth control. Am I wrong? Are people being misinformed about this? I suppose it would help, if you were struggling with the question of how the universe was created. Instead of all that 'science' stuff, which just complicates things, you could just clear it up by saying it was all just God.

And if I'm worried about death, I can follow the requirements of the Church, a *legal* apparatus, and then inexplicably I will find myself in Heaven?

My Yahoo mail will only allow a certain size and although I've tried, Yahoo personnel cannot tell me how large of a file I can send.Appearantly, the only way they know how to explain is in retoric using MB's and KB's and I only want English. I have lost files or parts of a file due to the size, such as a letter to the editor of a newspaper...etc. Pando is cool but does anyone know of an alternative method or can you give me an understandable breakdown on the size cap for sending standard E-mail with Yahoo.The winning answer will receive the satisfaction in knowing that they have prevented additional gray hair from sprouting on my frustrated head and an " ATTABOY" or "ATTAGIRL".

Hi again, sorry to bother people. I've always been a bit confused about caloric intake and exercise. Brief rundown of my routine:
Last week's exercise
Tues: 1 hour intense Tae Bo and 1 hour power yoga
Wed: 2 hour ashtanga yoga
Thurs: Tae Bo with Resistance 1 hour
Fri: 2 hour power yoga
Sat: 2 hours kickboxing
Sun: 1 and 10 of yoga
This is a usual schedule for me. I weigh 120ish. Anyone can point me in a good reference direction or have good advice. Thanks again.

I can't get motivated to lose any weight. I fell awful about how I look but I can't get motivated. I have 2 kids and a full time job so I am exausted at the end of the day. I just want to stay in bed all day and do nothing. I am always tired. I don't want to start another diet because I always fail. I fail at everything. I know this sounds like I am looking for pity but I'm not. I'm looking for motivation. I feel like I just don't care anymore and my weight is rising because of it. I don't care what I eat, when I get to work, whether or not I put make up on today, nothing. I have no social life because I am either at work or at home with the kids. What can I do?

My son just turned one years on feb 3rd and he is cruising everywhere and at times, will let go and walk a few steps so i need a pair of shoes for him. I know barefoot is better but he needs shoes for when we go out as his feet and socks are getting filthy when i let him walk around places in public. What are good first shoes?
