You can, but be careful. You'll definitely want to go through one of those car washes where they dry your car either by hand or with those blowers, and you should go home and immediately put your car in the garage. If you leave it out, it's possible that the water can get into the inner workings of your doors and windows and make them freeze, and if that happens it'll be virtually impossible to get back into your car until the spring thaw.

Yes, you can.
But you need to realize that any water remaining on your car after getting through the car wash is going to freeze pretty quickly on the body and the windows.
Consequently, you should make sure the car is full warmed up before getting it washed, so that the defroster can quickly melt any ice that forms on the windshield.
But if I were you, I'd wait until the weather warmed up closer to 32 before getting the car washed, to reduce the likelihood of the doors and winds getting frozen shut.

As long as you can wash it and put it in a garage right away, there is little risk of your car freezing. Car washes that have hot air dryers do a fairly good job at getting rid of extra water, though it still might get into door locks, weather stripping (particularly if the car is older) and cause a chance of freezing shut if you leave it outside.

After a recent snow I had my car washed. By evening the temperatures were below freezing. My locks were frozen. Take from that what you may.

Go to a modern car wash.
They have heated bays, floors and blow dry the car before you leave.
Avoid the touchless bays, the pressure is too high for the finish.

Yep. Do it by hand. You can wipe some of the immediate stuff off using a pressure spray with windshield wiper fluid in it if you need to.
