should i wash my face before makeup or after i take it off. thanks in advanced.

Well, both. You should wash your face before because you should start clean, you wouldn't want to put make-up on old make-up. And you should wash afterwards so your pores don't get clogged, and you won't get acne from that!

You should do both. You should wash before because then you won't have any makeup residue or oil on your face and it will be fresh and clean. You should wash it after in the night because then it can't clog your pores and cause acne.In the morning, I wash my face and then apply my makeup. When I come home for bed, I wash all the makeup off my face again for the night and just apply a nice skin cream to moisturize and repair my skin through the night. I recommend clinique face soap and creme de la mer which is a skin cream.

Def.. BOTH. You need to wash your face first with a mild cleanser. You then can apply your moisturizer and then your makeup, when the day is over you need to wash your face and do a deep cleaning mask every week if you wear makeup everyday. hope that helps.

Before - because you have a clean slate to start on. Apply your moisturizer FIRST and then your makup.

After - because makeup can clog your facial pores and cause acne, pimples, black and white heads, and in the long run, wrinkles.
