We have an interested party in gas lease, best way to protect out investment, and also be good stewards to our land, what do we ask lesee to do for protection. Do we dictated road locations, times of access, what amount of density of wells, ie: what limitations do we ask for in their usage. What is the standard royalties payment, or is it what the property owns mandate, within reason. How are you assured of getting far market value for your gas releases? Who pays for the compression of the gas on site, and how is volume measured so we are fairly paid? Any additional information would be greatly appreciated, so we can make an educated decision. Land would be located in Freeston County, Texas.

One of the responses was , thats why I'm an athetist, this is a common reason given by those who dont belive in a Power greater than themselves, I'm trying not to offend and would like answers from all beliefs, God is whom I belive and his Son Jesus. What Is The Best OTC Appetite Suppressant? I have tried Hydroxcut and it hurts my stomach. Does anything truly help with hunger. I've recently had a knee replacement so exercise is very, very limited. I have cut out sugars, fat and sodium. Only eat fresh veggies and fruits. Only whole wheats. I am still famished. Would like to lose 25lbs. Thanks.

A student of mine says she learned in grammar class today that the above sentence I just posted is vague and does not make sense. She said the sentence does not clearly say who is sick. It is evasive. In order for her to do her assignment she said she needs to know clearly who is sick. Many sentences I hand out in History are like this. I am not an English teacher. How can I explain this in simple terms that the sentence is correct. She further says it is just inferring it is the grandfather, but does not clearly say this with the information provided. " Here is the sentence again. " The immigrant is the father of a young child, and he has a serious health problem. She feels the word "He" does not necessarily mean the grandfather and could be the child who is the he in this sentence. To me it was common sense that they meant the grandfather. The student does not except that explanation. Any English teachers can you help me?

not nescesarilly now maybe when you were younger but when a guy looks at a women his first thoughts if they are considered attractive by that man are at the least basic[ie] want her[being polite here as theres kids here too..man thing, do women look at us in the same way or is it. i find him attractive and want to sleep with him once i get to know him type thing.just curious its a man thing...thinks with his todger thing.do women think that way.

I have been with this girl for abt 4 months and we are both deeply in love with each other (may seem wierd for jus 4 mthns but it is definitely true).

She tells me that she "never thought we'd get this far/last this long .. and I sure as hell never thought id fall in love."

my blood tests are all fine, I have no diseases or anything, i had a miscarriage a year ago and seem to have a few hormone problems which they're still trying to sort out and just very very run down. I just feel I want to give my system a clean up as i seem to have allergies and it may help the fatigue but don't know if fasting would be too much of a 'shock' to the system when I've been through so much? Should i wait or would it be ok to do it now, while i'm not working so i can rest at the same time. I can't get a 'feel' for what's the right thing to do so I would like some advice?

ok here's the situation. I was in a relationship for 7 years, I went into the relationship with three kids. Last July I found that he was having an affair with his ex. So I left and moved out of state. He was not a very good father figure for my kids anyways, and at the time my kids couldn't stand him. Now (7 months later) My oldest son decides he wants a realationship with this man, my son is 13. Mind you I had to move out of state because this man would not leave me alone. Should I let my son be his own person and have a relationship over the phone with this man?

I am a young mother (23) and I am pondering the thought of having another child. I am not one to live with regrets later on...but my husband and I are both very unsure because our home would need to be done up to accomidate another child...and we are not ready to sell since we just bought the house in 2006. Between our jobs and are already hectic life we just can't seem to grasp the full idea of having another. So I am asking parents out there who have more than one child...how did you decide & what obstacles did you have to encounter?

I have light brown sugar(which is not really packable) and dark brown sugar. Will either of these work instead? I don't really want to go out and get regular brown sugar because it is snowing pretty good and just do not want to leave the house.
