I work with my family. My boss is generally great person. Very generous but when he is angry, he cannot hold it. There will be strong wordings that make people around him feel inferior or stupid. We love working with him but resenting him at the same time. I confront him many times, and he always apologizes and them do it again. I will change job for sure. But for now, how should I handle my distorting emotion?

I had a pregnancy test today and it shows nagative. I have been having this sore breast since last year octocber, it start when my ovulation is due till the day my period is due, and my period always comes like 2 to 3days early, it has never has been like this untill octocber when I started try to conceive,NO rude answer pls, I just need advice

My hubby and I are separated and decided to get divorced, And yet today is our 8th Anniversary and it hurts an awful lot! I feel like we should try again but It will be wasted time. He cannot keep a job, always sleep and always pushes all problems away and piles them up on top of more issues. We have 3 kids together.I have to jobs and the last 1 1/2 years we lived together I paid for mostly everything. I know he loves me and I love him too, but I cannot raise an adult. Why does it hurt sooo bad today?! In all we were together since 1996, high school sweethearts. I need help.

We are building an espresso shop/deli building (or it could be offices, etc.). We have a ready, willing and able tenant that very much wants to move into the spot BUT we're unsure what is our responsibility and what is his. We are prepared to provide a "finished" building, meaning a tiled floor, painted sheet rock, trim, basic lighting, standard and 220 electric outlets, windows, doors.

Anyway, where can I learn more about responsibilities of landlord and tenant in a commercial situation. I think you might call this a "build to suit" lease.

We want to make sure that everything is buttoned up and there are no loop-holes. Just in case... Appreciate any insights.

I have ice forming on the windows inside of my house. The window frames are made out ofsome type of metal. Does any one know why this is happening? What can I do to prevent it from keep happening? There is also mold forming in little spots which I am going to clean off. I also opened the curtains to let the air try to dry it out. Any tips?

My wife of 10 years and I celebrate Valentines Day each year, however, I have always been of the mind that once you get married, you celebarate your anniversary and not Valentine's Day.
Don't get me wrong I love doing things that makes her happy, it just ticks me off when I hear another married women (sisters, friends wives, etc.) saying what they'll do to their husbands if he doesn't get them the right present or do something special or make the day romantic or you fill in the blank.
If you celebrate Valentine's Day, as my wife and I do fine, but I'm not sure that after marriage its an entitlement.
What the correct protocol on this one. By the way, I am not looking for the a man should... answer . I'm looking for the intended purpose of Valentines Day and it 's intended audience (unmarried couple, married couples or both).

Since coming to Canada 2 years ago, I've been using my Chinese name as my English name -- Liqiang. But whenever I tell people my name, they either ask me to repeat it or they can't tell that I'm a girl or a boy (I'm a boy, btw).

I want to have a real English name, and my last name is Li. Please gimme some good names that would go well with "_______ Li"
