All my photo albums especially my wedding album and the ones of our daughter. Irreplacable! Apart from that material things don't matter as they can be replaced.

I think I'd have to say family photos... the really old black & white ones of grandparents, great grandparents, great aunts & uncles.
It's amazing to have that record of where you come from...genetically anyways.
Seeing family resemblances is fascinating too.
