I want a new pistol for concealed carry to replace my cap and ball revolver. So I plan purchasing a colt M1911 for its reliability and for hard hitting .45 colt ACP round. I wanted to know if this was a good pistol for concealed carry? Is it difficult to keep concealed? Would you recommend any other pistol to carry besides the colt m1911?

I'm a martial artist and recently I've been trying to improve my endurance by running. But after a little while of running my lower back starts hurting like in a really sharp pain kind of way. I dont have this problem when we run in my martial arts class. So does anyone know why I would have this problem. One idea I have is it may be my shoes. I use grappling shoes for all my athletics. Any help is appriciated.

When people don't want to tell you something why do they say

"i'll tell you about it one day"

or

"that's a story for another day"

instead of telling you the truth about the situation, or saying they just don't want to talk about it? Are they being polite or just lying? Is it because they are trying to protect you? Protect themselves?

What are your thoughts on this?

(HINT: Please don't say "i'll tell you about it one day" or "that's a story for a rainy day" because you won't get best answer!)

my mate is called alex and she sleeps with everyones boyfreinds... even if the boys are damn ugly or damn hot she will sleep with them and break relationships. she broke me up with my last boyfriend... i'v moved on and now found a new man! I cant invite my new boyfriend to any of my parties cuz i know she will come on to him.. I think shes trying to prove a point that shes the most hottest girl and no girl is better than her. whats the best way i can stop her or get revenge? I'm a professional woman w/ a good job. I began shoplifting a few years ago & it's getting out of control. I have the money with me to buy the item, but I don't. I find myself being careless & shoplifting more and more items - taking ridiculous risks. They are not items I need, sometimes I even forget what I have taken until I find it in my purse or pocket a few days later. It's so bad that if I'm alone in a room I actually look for something to take- it seems I hate to leave empty handed. I take a variety of things - from cheap to expensive. Of course I do not want to get caught, it would damage my career, not to mention the embarassment - I'm a mother and a grandmother also. I cannot seem to help myself, the impulse to take something is irresistable. Please, please help me. I want to quit this terrible habit but I can't seem to muster up the willpower.
