i think the other sources of energy should be more popular and we should try and develop them so as to insure a better futuer.

Yes we should. But the others are controlled by powerful companies who want to keep us dependent on them.

Right now, they say it's cheaper in pump oil out of the ground, but you are right. Write your Congress man & Senators. Acttually I don't know if oil really is cheper. The expence of finding it, then pumping it up, then shipping it, refinding it, then reshipping it again, storing it, then destrubing it sounds like a lot of work and money to me?

i can see replacing oil as a fuel but electricity has proved to be pretty handy. early computers were mechanical but could never allow for us to comunicate in this way.
