When you are on a train, do you ask the person next to you what caste he is before you sit down? Do you ask the waiter in the restaurant what caste he is before he serves you food. And, if it is due to the soundwaves(or whatever sensation) exciting a neurological stimulus, how would you account for the neurological states being resultant of an arbitrary stimulus, i.e. the physical properties of a language's sound waves are different. Thus neurologically speaking, the stimulus associated with the word "love" in the sound based neurosystem isn't the same across the spectrum of languages. Keep in mind that i'm talking about soundwaves, not brain-states.

What i'm saying is that though the stimulus is different, the result is the same. Further, what i'm trying to suggest is that emotion is arbitrary based on that fact, such that you're emotional state is your choice. There may be physical states related to love, but that doesn't have much to do with what i'm trying to say here, which is that the initial stimulus for that emotion is arbitrary; "Love" does not exist, it's just a soundwave. So, How can a person's words effect emotional status?

1) you’re allowed to read and reply to any question on any forum, but ……..why are you here on the religion and spirituality forum?

2) Why do the same atheists seem to harass, poke and prod at believers? And then get mad when they return the fire?

3) why do you think some atheists post questions when they seem to think they already know the answer and then proceed to ridicule and make fun of people of faith who have given their sincere answer. Much like the play ground bully in elementary school.

4) why is it that Christians are so often called morons and idiots for believing the Bible, but these same names are rarely directed at Jews (who follow the same book, called the Torah, which is the Bible’s first testament) or at Muslims?

5) why do so many atheists criticize Christians for not accepting other religions, philosophies or ways of thinking when they themselves aren’t accepting of Christians?

i think she dresses like an old lady.. or sometimes like from out of space with her bubbly2 dress.. and with all black color things.. black or grey bubble dress with black skirt and black stocking..
and i think she overdressed for being as tom cruise's wife..
i dont think she needs to dress like that to impress tom..
even posh herself, nicole kidman and penelope cruz never dress like that.. they just wear the casual or simple elegant dress..
she's just trying too hard to be fashionable..
