off the top of my head they have to be at least 325 cals a piece.

but the real problem with pizza is the effect that the combination of processed carbs and fats have on serum insulin levels. after consumption the insulin levels will rise and stay elevated for many hours. when insulin levels are elevated the body stops metabolizing stored fats for energy as the cells now have to store excess blood sugar.

if you are on a weight reduction diet pizza should be ingested very infrequently...

Way too much. To help put it in perspective, one BigMac from McDonald's has so many calories and grams of fat, that to burn it off you would have to walk constantly for 6 hours. Try something better.
