the obvious would be +44 and angels & airwaves since those 2 came from blink. also, mest was/is best friends with good charlotte, which brings in simple plan, yellowcard, a little known band called Lefty (http://www.myspace.com/bandlefty) whose drummer went on to play in Sugarcult, and you should check out the new Lit album.
