I haven't seen it, but a documentary called Deliver Us From Evil is all about the injustices in the Catholic Church, of how pedophilic priests get away with their crimes, and things of that nature.

It would depend on what your view of evil is for the Catholic Church. I'm thinking Dogma might be one you want to watch though.
