It's a question:
มี (mee) - there is/are ; it is/are
to have ; to own ; to contain ; to include
ยาว (yaao) - be long ; be lengthy ; be extensive
ไหม (măi) - question word
กว่านี - this didn't translate... But it must say: Do you have/Are these/Is this a long ______ ?

It means the same as มียาวà¸à¸§à¹à¸²à¸à¸µà¹à¸«à¸¡ .
