So my boyfriend is leaving for college in a different state.. We've been together two years, and I really love him. I can't move there because I don't have the money, and I have agoraphobia. I really, really love him, but he wants to break up while he's there, and maybe in 4 years we can get back together. MAYBE. I don't know what to do, and it's tearing me apart. When people post on the board about an MIP it seams that people take that as a DUI. Is it the the same charge? I think the sentencing is much different. I am going to talk to my lawyer tommorrow because I got my second MIP at a party. I violated my probation so I am not sure how serious it is. Any one been in this situation? Thoughts? Also, don't tell me that I have a problem, I just have really bad luck.

I'm 99 % sure that my repair shop tried to rip me off. The other one percent could be that they were all COMPLETLY INCOMPETENT. I brought the car for a second opinion and they identified the problem in 20 minutes and charged me 50 bucks, the other place wanted 870 and said they wernt a hundred percent sure if the work would fix the problem ( it wouldnt of). I guess my question is: is this something to report and if so, to who?
