Our cocker was just diaganosed with multiple extrahepatic shunts. The extent of the liver damage is pending and are on some meds for her. She is doing pretty well, but is very fussy now on eating. She needs a low protein diet, but does not like the Hill's liver diet anymore, dry or canned. She likes certain treats and we have tried a few additives. When at the Vet hospital (OSU) they tried several things, but little success. Any ideas on what to do?

Last night I went out to dinner with my friend. The total tab came out to a little over $25, with hers costing over $11 and mine costing over $13. When it came time to pay the bill, I said I would put it on my credit card, and she could give me cash. She said, "I'll give you $12" and handed over $12 in cash. She then instructed me to put down about $4 in tip on my credit card... so essentially, I ended up paying almost the entire tip for our meal.

I feel that she should have given me $13 instead of $12 so that it would have been closer to 15% of her total. I know it's only a dollar, but it's the principle of the whole thing--I know she can do the math and that she knows she hadn't given me enough to cover her tip. Next time she does something like this, should I ask her to put down a little more?

i bought my house 15 months ago, i just realized that the neighbors fencing is totally wrong. does title insurance in massachusetts cover this. I do know that this land has never been surveyed by the local surveyer. And to top it off, it is bluntly noticable that the fencing is all wrong. what to do. My house is on the market. Can i get in trouble for not disclosing this info to the next buyer?
