Like everyone else said - Tylenol is the only thing considered safe. I found that when I started getting headaches, I got them on days when I did not have a caffeinated tea in the morning. So I think they were caffeine-withdrawal headaches! It's considered safe to have 150mg of caffeine or less a day when pregnant, so I've had a caffeinated tea every day in the morning, and no more headaches!

pandaol or any other brand paracetamol is fine to take when you are pregnant but NEVER asprin. I would also make sure to have your blood pressure checked because headaches can often be a sign of elevated blood preassure

Tylenol, and rub mint lotion on your temples.
You can also try holistic methods like breathing, and aromatherapy.
