Lucy, why have public schools stopped doing UNICEF at halloween?

We live in The Hampton Roads area of Virginia...I remember collecting when I was a child in the EARLY 1960s! Why don't the schools do this?

I think there are a lot more organizations out there requesting funds so it is a battle of the loudest. And I have not heard UNICEF screaming lately.

i still do it. cause mi school does it. i dont know why yours stopped.
