Greetings,

My wife and I live in a 3 bedroom apartment in New York City. We only use two of the bedrooms and have the third as a guest room for friends and family. However, we do rent/sublet the room to people sometimes on a weekly basis. Sometimes people will stay with us for 1 week, or sometimes several months. We just charge people a weekly or monthly rate to stay with us.

I'm curious if there are any tax implications to this I should be concerned about. I was thinking that this is really no different than living with roomates (even though people usually only stay a month or two). Also, since this is our primary residence it isn't really like we're doing it as a business.

Any additional information as to whether this is taxable income or reportable to the IRS would be greatly appreciated.

I am a long time watcher of the show, current and reruns, but no one I talk to seems to have ever seen this episode. Most people think that I am making it up. I have searched the COPS website, official and unofficial. I have queried those websites, no answers yet. I have tried to contact the producers. No luck there. I have fluid in my left lung's cavity, while breathing i feel a sharp pain on alternating spots throughtout the left side of my body, from my left side at the same level of my belly-bottom to the left side of the base of my head, i have low platelets, pain in my knees and left wrist, and I feel ichy everywhere, especially the feet. Also, if I take to big of a breathe, I have to cough and when I do, my heads hurts for it's duration. Sometimes, my head hurts for no apparent reason. Oh, I had an MRI scan taken three day ago and they found white marks on the basal ganglia.

Going to Israel late March. Arrive at Tel Aviv early Sat morning (3am!) Can anyone offer any travel tips on getting from the airport to the hotel as i've heard that there's no public transport at this time on Saturdays. Is this true?. If not, which is the safest/cheapest form of transport? We obviously don't want to upset the locals, are there any customs that we should be aware of? Any good bars/restaurants that we should look out for? Is it cheap/expensive? I've also heard that check in on the return flight can be a bit of a nightmare, can anybody elaborate/clarify that? We have an early flight on the Sunday (6am dept!), if the check in process is laborious what time should we arrive at the airport? Also any thoughts on transportation to the airport would be appreciated. Thanks in advance,

My pc, (athlon64, Windows Vista, 1Gb ram) takes 30 seconds to come out of standby (not hibernate but S3 standby). My laptop and my daughters pc both come out within 5 secs. any ideas how i can speed mine up? (it took just as long when it had just the OS on and no other software. also took as long with XP on)
