Ahad and Uzair as name of a new born?Pl. correct me on meaning and numerical strength.?

Ahad is one of the Glorious names of Allah, and Uzair the name of a Holy Prophet of the Jews.The numerical strength is:13 and 287. Is it correct ? Is it obligatory to add prefix "Abdul" before any Name of Allah, to make it the name of a human?

Death for apostasy:
Sura 4:89: "They but wish that ye should reject Faith, as they do, and thus be on the same footing (as they): But take not friends from their ranks until they flee in the way of Allah (From what is forbidden). But if they turn renegades, seize them and slay them wherever ye find them; and (in any case) take no friends or helpers from their ranks.”

Kill Disbelievers in a cruel fashion:
Sura 5:33: "The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and His messenger and strive to make mischief in the land is that they should be murdered or crucified or their hands and their feet should be cut off on opposite sides or they should be imprisoned; this shall be as a disgrace for them in this world, and in the hereafter they will have an awful doom."

Slit throats of unbelievers:
Sura 47:4: "Now when ye meet in battle those who disbelieve, smite at their necks; until when you have overcome themm, bind a bond firmly (on them): thereafter (is the time for) either generosity or ransom: Until the war lays down its burdens. Thus (are ye commanded): but if it had been Allah's Will, He could certainly have exacted retribution from them (Himself); but (He lets you fight) in order to test you, some with others. Amputation for petty theft:
Sura 5:38: "Cut off the hands of thieves, whether they are male or female, as punishment for what they have done­a deterrent from God: God is almighty and wise."

Sura 9:123: "O ye who believe! fight the unbelievers who gird you about, and let them find firmness in you: and know that Allah is with those who fear Him."

Don't be friends with Jews or Christians:

Sura 2:191. Such is the reward of those who suppress faith."

Permission for a muslim man to beat his wife if she doesnt obey him:
Sura 4:34: “Men are the maintainers of women because Allah has made some of them to excel others and because they spend out of their property; the good women are therefore obedient, guarding the unseen as Allah has guarded; and (as to) those on whose part you fear desertion, admonish them, and leave them alone in their sleeping places and beat them; then if they obey you, do not seek a way against them; surely Allah is High, Great.”
