I do cardio in my house..... .I do a circuit training. Jump rope, use a stepper and treadmill. If you do not have a stepper (like an aerobic step) just step up and down on stairs or something that is elevated. If you do not have a treadmill, you can stand in place and "walk" at a fast pace. Jumping jacks, squats, lunges, push ups and sit ups. All of these are excellent exercises. You could set up a little routine, like do 2 min of jump roping, 2 min of stepping, 2 min of squats and lunges, etc. and do this circuit for for about 20 min each day. Guaranteed results! It's a great workout!

I LOVE doing the turbo jams dvd's! Great cardio routine for me. It depends how active you are now, but if your not yet active the Walk Away The Pounds DVD's by Leslie Sansone are excellent for cardio.

Well, I have a nordictrak, any machine will do
You can run in place, or if there is room you can jump rope (at my parents when I was19 I could get my heart rate over 200 with 10-15 minutes of jumping rope (hard and fast))
