my friend lives in this apartment by herself...she lives kind of in a townhouse though and she shares a front porch with some next door neighbors. At night though she says lately she has reported a man with a flashlight/ or she describes it a floodlight out side her window. She said that is can happen somewhere around 2 am in the morning. She calls me up on the phone all freaked out and stuff the next day, wanting me to help her. She says that he only shines the light in the window for a couple of minutes and then leaves immediately. She also said that its only occasional when he does it, one time she said it happened once in a month and then he didn't come back untill the next month. Should she call the police? I am starting to get stummped, it dosen't sound like the guy wants to break in....but I just dont know anymore.

we have a channelized E1 leased line connectivity and four branch offices.. we have set up isdn as backup for it and the config is working fine in one branch office but not in the others.. the line and the NT box is working fine.. any solution for it???

I downloaded a couple Torrent files and got a serious ad/malware problem with it. I've run all my anti-virus and ad-aware stuff ten times and the problem is still bad. I would like to just run a system restore but can't remember how to go about doing that. Can someone help me out, and is that a good solution. Thanks

FYI- i don't care about the files i may lose, they all have been backed up.

My dog, Skye, is getting beat up on a constant basis by the other dogs. It seems like we almost have to let her out seperate sometimes. It's usually when they are let outside...after they are done relieving themselves, and they start to "play" all of them will gang up on her, have her on the ground, and just beat her up. She constantly has cuts bumps and scratches on her. Nothing serious yet...but "yet" being the key word. Generally they don't draw blood, but you can see where one of the dogs has bit down pretty hard. Today Zoie and Casey jumped on her (I wasn't here...I'm usually not here when things like this happen) and it sounded like a huge dog fight, my neighbor came running. When I came home I checked her out and she did have some "bites" you can see where it's lumpy on the body..just nothing open or bleeding. I don't really know what to do. Any suggestions would be extremely helpful. All dogs currently do NILIF training.

Just purchased a Sony Bravia KDL-32S2010 HDTV for $1,400. After bringing it home and comparing the picture quality and sharpness, it looks the same or a little worse than my 7 year old tube TV in the living room. I'm not receiving digital signal on the HDTV since I have to buy the HD box, however, shouldn't the quality be better?

SO this might be a little long and wierd but hear me out please.
Ok im 13 and my mom is so cruel.We [I] have been going through some realy hard promblems.

You can skip this part if you want but its important

1)the greatest disastar so far is that my parents onwnd a bissnuess and it got burned down and that was there dream there everything
2) my mom receantly got in a crash badly
3)there was a dance this Friday and she did not let me go for a very stupid reson -she did not listen to me


well there is more but the point is that she is talking it all ou on me
this Monday(tomorow) e and my friends WERE giong to the mall to take pics. and just becuase I took a rest of my chores she cancled it becuase she was the ride and now I ahve to tell my friend that its cannceld after about 3 weeks of planing I hate that

Can you please cheer me up by telling me your personal MOM problems and telling me what to do about my mom??
