My vision is alittle bit blurred, and there is a few spots that move in the background. I just noticed it recently, any ideas on what the problem is?

Go to an eye doctor asking that kind of a question has to use special machines to do it. Dont ask us, we might say something wrong, and you'll end up blind like me and going to LASIK or LASEK.

Sounds like floaters maybe for the spots in the background but the blurred vision means your eyesight has changed and you need to get your eyes tested.

You don't state your age but as you do age, you do tend to get farsighted, which means close vision becomes blurred. The spots are called "floaters" and they are black and they float around as you blink-- they also come with age - but could lead to something more serious, like retinal detachment-- best you see an eye doctor as soon as possible- and make sure you mention whatever medications you are on and herbal meds and vitamins..good luck

If you don't already wear glasses of contacts it could be simply a change in vision. Astigmatism can cause floaters, just means you need glasses.
