Follow the routine:
1. Wake up early take 2 bananas with warm milk, have brisk walking(7 o clock)
2. in breakfast have soyabean grains juice(if it tastes bad than you can add some soya flour to your bread)(9 o Clock)
3. 2 bananas with milk.(11 o Clock)
4. Rice, sabzi daal with ghee (2 O clock)
5. 2 banana and some gram(chana) with milk.(5 o Clock)
6. Mild dinner with milk.

follow this routine and i suggest you to do some excersise also because once you gain weight it will be hard for you to loose it.

well .... for once someone is asking to gain instead of losing. Anyway, it is simple, go to the gym, do weights for 40 minutes, every other day. Eat healthy, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If you want faster results, eat more, but healty stuff.

Try eating boiled potatoes, bananas, sweet potatoes along with the normal food that you eat. Avoid fried foods cause it will only add saturated fats to your body.

have a lot of bananas and grapes.dont eat fatty food, tat wil gain fat n flabs n tires. have tis fruit n workout.atleast 6-7 or more if u can.

eat tortillas with a lot of cheese. or eat nachos with cheese cheese pizza or a stack of cheese lol. milk works. or the ensure protein drinks or ensure plus that puts on weight.
