There's a gray line between respect, principle, and being able to buy things. People get caught up in these things before they realize they are not going to live too long by getting so caught up in all that.

Money is the root of all evil, and people do not only shoot each other in the ghetto over green sheet of paper, they shoot each other around the world over any thing.

The irony is that if they were truly greedy, they'd use actions that would most likely get them more money: education. But that takes hard work and shooting people for money seems quicker. But it's not.
They're not greedy, just pathetic.

it isn't just in the "ghetto" that ppl get shot over money. But money can make life a hell of a lot easier for some one who never has enough.

obviously you've been spoiled in a house that had money growing up. or at least a household that wasn't starving. think of money as food. if you had no food, and you were starving, how far would you go to get that hunger filled? not everyone is greedy, some people are just convinced that they need it to be fulfilled.

Honestly, I don't get it, either. Look at G.Bush, Cheney,
Ken Lay & congress voting themselves a raise every
4 months. Like there's never enough.
I think the ghetto people have just lost it, due to desperation.
They can probably look at their families cold & starving, only
for so long.
