my friend lost her cat ,its like her son she is so sad they moved to a new home and he is no where to be found she has had him for 4 years.

My boyfriend cheated on me 7 months ago and we've been together for 10 months. we are serious. but he still keeps in contact with this female. I told him its her or me. he chose me. but later in an arguement i told him he could continue to talk to her. This woman works with him, gave him and I an std, and shes extremely slutty. He tells me she is a good friend. I eavesdrop on their conversations which happens to mostly be about her husband and her two kids ( shes 21). What should I do. He tells me when I band him fromcommunicating with her its hard. she is his superior at work and almost impossible not to talk to. I am not hearing it. am I being unfair? Am I right for taking a friend away from him if she is truely a friend? I feel like he should have thought of that before he had sex with her and because he did he sacrificed their friends ship and jeopardized our relationship, and my health. She calls him and they text message each other. I have stopped showing my face around his job.

2006 was a roller coaster ride for me and now I find myself in a rut. I completed my Master's degree and buried my beloved grandmother within 2 weeks after working really hard to take care of her and finish my studies while working a full time job and handling issues with my Mom who has schizophrenia. I'm looking for a job that fits more with my abilities since my current one is not challenging and doesn't pay well. And I'm in a long distance "situation" with someone because I haven't met anyone locally. I don't feel depressed, just unmotivated. I enjoy all the things I used to, but I don't put myself out there and take chances like I used to because I fear that with all my new responsibilities, I might make a regrettable mistake. How do I get the courage to go back to being carefree, and bringing to fruition, all the things I worked so hard for.

I thought I read somewhere( in one those do-it-yourself magazines), that you could use a kind of oil-based paint to paint a kitchen countertop that's good around sinks and strong and won't bubble or peel. What do you guys out there know about this stuff?
(It's not marble, it's the other stuff. The one most people use. Can't spell it, though.)

I WORK FOR DOLLAR-THRIFTY, WHO MADE 1 BILLION DOLLARS LAST YEAR BUT THAT ISN'T ENOUGH FOR THE MONEY HUNGRY COMPANY WHO JUST OUTSOURCED THEIR CONTACT CENTER AND CUT 200 JOBS, INCLUDING MINE. I HAD TO FIND OUT BY WATCHING THE NEWS THAT MY TIME AT MY JOB IS LIMITED, SO THE NEXT DAY I WENT OUT LOOKING FOR ANOTHER JOB. i have long thick hair. when i wash it and let it dry naturally it becomes pretty wavy, but as soon as i take a brush to it, it looks disgusting, frizzy and messy, if i brush it first and then let it dry it looks less wavy and messy. if i blow dry it it dries out and is frizzy and still messy looking. only if i straighten it does it look decent, and after awhile it frizzes out and looks pretty dry. what kind of products could i use (brands would help too) that could help me a achieve either a nice wavy or straight look, the other thing is i use very generic cheap shampoo and conditioner because i'm unsure of which would be best for my hair...any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I live in a conservative area, so I often hear a lot conservative talk radio and I occasionally watch fox news. When ever I listen to any conservative talk show host, excluding Evangelicals, I get a message of political incorrectness and Liberal bashing. Words like: "turning Al Gore into a puddle" and "socialist pigs" (when referring to Democrats) and shouting shut up loudly at the person they are interviewing; are all stuff I often hear. So honestly how do people enjoy this stuff? And why do the hosts act immorally portray themselves as politically incorrect tough guys people on their shows, even while promoting moral values?

In the middle of a bitter custody dispute and my child's counselor is advising my child's other parent to act against court orders. We have joint legal custody so all medical decisions are made by both parents. I signed a consent form for her to treat my child when we signed him up, but now that I know she is not professional, how do I revoke my consent?
