I'm a contractor and have been in my role for seven months. The team I work in is demoralised, negative, and badly managed, and no one says a word the whole day. Some days I can go without talking to anyone if I have no meetings, and if I ask questions they are promptly answered, and that's it. The team next to me ignores me, blanks me in the corridors, and talks loudly about parties that only their team is invited to. This is perpetuated by management, who join their parties. I work closely with a girl on this team, but last week she rolled her eyes while I was speaking to someone else, and then made it clear she found me inferior by laughingly referring to me as her 'PA' (which I'm not!) I have kept in touch with people from almost all my previous jobs, but I seem unable to fit in at this place of work. I like the money at this job, and jobs are far and few between in my industry right now. What should I do?

I am currently on b/c pills and take them consistantly and during the same time frame every night. On Jan. 1 I got a UTI and my doctor prescribed Macrobid. I took it for the full two weeks and I started my placebo pills on the 7th of Jan and got a normal period. I continued taking another pack of pills and I just recently got a period on Tuesday, but it was alot heavier and only lasted for 2 days. I have suffered from pregnancy symptoms for about the past three weeks-VERY nauseous during the nights, swollen and enlarged breasts, constipation, bloating and etc. I first just thought it was PMS, but it still has not gone away and keeps getting worse. I have taken two HPT's about 5 days ago, but they both were negative. Is it to early to test and may i be pregnant?

k so me and my boyfriend (we are both 15) have known eachother since the beginning of the school year, but we have been going out for about 2 and 1/2 months. I love this kid to death, but for some reason i dont really like kissing all that much. I think it might be that he isn't that great of a kisser, but then again im not sure if he is bad or not because he is the only one i have ever kissed. so i dont really have anyone to compare it to... He loves to and i feel bad cause its like im "depriving" him or something. lol. He doesn't make me or anything, but i can tell that he feels bad when i dont want to. Is there something wrong with me or something? cause i like him sooooooooooooooooooooo much and nothing else is weird between us...
