I believe the man must, b/c I start hurting sometimes during sex and am sore afterwards, this takes away from my enjoyment and keep me from orgasm sometimes. Men don't hurt during sex and always get off it seems. Lucky dogs.

well I can only speak personally, simply because I dont feel what he is feeling...so the answer definitely is me because I feel my feelings, I dont feel his.
