In the supermarket a fellow shopper said to Bill "I know you, you're that Chris De Burgh" Bill said "Oh, don't say that- I hate Chris De Burgh. I even grew this moustache so I'd look less like him." A month later in a pub, a fellow drinker said to Bill "You're that Chris De Burgh fellow aren't you?" Bill said "Oh no. I really hate Chris De Burgh. I even grew this moustache and dyed my hair blond, to look less like him." To get away from it all, Bill went on hoiday abroad. At his hotel a beautiful girl said to him "Oh, it is you, Chris De Burgh, my favourite. Let's go to my room and make, mad, passionate love all night" Bill looked at her for a second and softly sang- "Never seen you looking as lovely as you......"

Could anyone possibly enlighten me further towards a job title as "AV and Bench Engineer" in a company called Ramesys (www.ramesys.co.uk). Generally speaking, it provides ICT solution to educational organisation.

What exactly does an acronym "AV" stand for in this particular job role. Beside, what's "Bench Engineer" & what sort of duties would be expected.

Beside, does anyone around know much about Ramesys company itself, in addition to what's already mentioned on their website.

Present job description says:

"This is a nationwide role assisting and supporting Technical Engineers with the installation of hardware and software. This is a demanding position, for which over night stays may be necessary; this can range from 1 night per week to 2/3 nights per week depending on the customers requirements. This is a physical role, where you can expect that to be lifting and working with heights on a daily basis".

Here's the situation, You are coaching your team in the superbowl. It's the 4th quarter, your team is down by 3 with 2 minutes left. Your offense is on your 45 and your starting QB just got put out of the game. Who's your back up (anyone, any team, any era), can they get it done, and why?

So i was raised Christian and i love god and jesus with all my heart. but when i moved to the US 10 years ago, all american Christians would say bad things about other religions like Catholics, Mormons and others. Why is it that they are tought that God loves all in services and then in Sunday school they are taught that Catholics and mormons go to hell? Why dont they respect others?

My husband is from one of the gangs listed, giving that he has moved away and started a new life, no gang, no trouble, if his name comes up will they try to find him or just let the past be the past? He hasn' been there in more than 4 years, but his "friends" are still there, can he get in trouble for something he wasn't there for if they talk to the cops about him or his name come up?

Just worried that his past will come back to haunt him. He is a completely different man now.

I am engaged to a guy who was previously married. My fiancé’s ex-wife has two kids along with the two kids they conceived together. They have been divorced going on five years. My fiancé has always done stuff for the kids including the two that are not his. His biological (2) kids live with us. Recently his ex-wife kicked her oldest child (15) out the house and my fiancé felt compelled to bring him to our home so he wouldn't be on the streets. It has now been a month and he is still living with us doing absolutely nothing. He is home schooled because he got kicked out of school for fighting so he's at our house all day with no supervision. I feel really uneasy about us having to be responsible for her child...I have expressed this to my fiancé and he agrees but he feels like he has no other choice since his mother will not take him back. I just feel like this is not our issue to deal with. Am I wrong for feeling this way? What could possibly be a solution to this problem?

our love is so natural
but one of a kind
that desired feeling
so hard to find

when we first met
i knew you'd be mine
and we both knew it
we saw the signs

eathing watermellon in bed
one of my favorite times
your natural scent
so rare but so fine

i see our future child
in your eyes
one day he'll know
why his daddy is mine.

we have been married 4 years. I want to give him something from the heart, but if you were a 27 yr old guy reading this, would it make you feel uncomfortable from it being too cheesy?

I'm sure I will have lots of people replying that they intend to win the Lottery and retire to a mansion on the beach.... but for everyone else, I am genuinely interested to know what you postulate for your future.
