ECW
1. Lashley
2. RVD
3. Test
Just wait until The Alpha Male gets more experience in a 4-sided ring. He'll be the one to dethrone Lashley one day, but that day hasn't come yet.
RAW
1. John Cena
2. Shawn Michaels
3. Edge
Randy Orton gets the short end of the stick and left off the list because he was the one pinned when HBK got his WrestleMania title shot. Because of that, Edge gets sandwiched between the other two.
SmackDown
1. Undertaker
2. Batista
3. Mr. Kennedy
After tonight's SmackDown, the man who leaves with the World Heavyweight Championship, whether it be Batista or Kennedy, should be ranked higher than the Deadman solely by possession of the belt, but the defeated still remains a top-3 on SmackDown.
TNA
1. Christian Cage
2. Kurt Angle
3. Samoa Joe
Hopefully, after this Sunday, Angle will be top dog with Joe at #2 and Abyss #3, effectively knocking Cage off the list.
WSX (an "extra credit" answer, as this wasn't asked for in the question)
1. Vampiro
2. 6-Pac
3. Teddy Hart
Seeing Vampiro as the first WSX champion was the highlight of my Wednesday, especially since he defeated 6-Pac to win the belt.

TNA:
1.Christian Cage is top dog at the moment. He's rocking an undefeated streak and sporting the NWA Title.
2. Kurt Angle: He's the number one contender, and the hottest commodity TNA has at the moment.
3. Sting: Second biggest name in the company, and the only true legend to grace the ring currently. He's been in multiple title matches over the past few months, and even though he's only won one, he's still viable for contension.
ECW:
1. Lashley:He's no ring general, but he is champion, so it earns him the number one spot.
2. Test: The man's been in multiple title matches over the course of one month. Even though, like Lashley, he's no Ric Flair, he's still the biggest threat to the title right now.
3. Rob Van Dam: Like Test, he's stayed in the main event.
Smackdown:
1. Batista: Champ wins the number one spot once more
2. Taker: He's the number one contender and the biggest name Smackdown currently has
3. Ken Kennedy: The rising star of Smackdown really made his mark at the last PPV in a lot of fan's eyes, even though he did lose.
Raw:
1. Cena: Love him, or hate him, he's still the most valuable superstar on RAW right now. People either tune in to see him defend his title, or in hopes of him losing it. Either way, Cena = Ratings.
2. HBK: He's came off a (debatably) good run with the reincarnated DX, and is riding that heat all the way to a main event spot for the world title at Mania.
3. Edge: I would put Orton and Edge in the same spot, but Edge has proven to be a hot commodity to WWE in the past. Orton's no slouch either, but he's never set a record rating either.
WSX
1. Vampiro: He's the reigning champ, and the third most recognizable star in the promotion. He's really stepped up his game for WSX and added a lot of spunk to his in ring work, while also establishing himself as the big monster of the company, which is humorous considering he's dwarfed or equaled in height by most of the WWE roster at an unimpressive 6'2.
2. 6-Pac: He's going to prove to be the political bad boy of WSX, since he does have his hand in on backstage politics. This could lead to a new Clique, but Waltman's impressed with his performance so far, which means in my eyes, he's earned his spot on top. He's also probably the most recognizable face in the whole roster since he's done time in WCW, WWE, and TNA.
3. New Jack: He and Hamerick came into the first episode with beef, which means he's the only superstar currently working a feud. Although his ring work is lackluster, and his style dangerous, he's an established indy who has done work in various hardcore based promotions. He may be the fourth most noticed superstar within the company. (For those questioning whose the second most noticable, it's Credible)
Those are my picks. I didn't know if you meant on a technical standpoint or a Kayfabe stand point, so I took the Kayfabe route.
