there is this girl i like and i hung out with her friday night, and saturday night. she has had sum bad stuff happen to her and carries it with her still. I want to help her, i dont want her to feel the pain she carries with her all the time. So she drinks to dull the pain and she hates talkin to people. cuz of what happened. i want to show her happiness cuz i was down a lot in life cuz of the way i looked and stuff but grew up, she is so beautiful and id give anything to make her happy.
she was even suprised that i listened to every word she said, never breaking eye-contact w/ her. she told me that night that she had never recieved roses before from anyone, so later that night i went out to buy her a dozen roses, and she was so happy. ive never felt like this with a girl. she is so cool to hang with. i try to talk to her all the time she tells me stuff she doesn't tell anyone else, but she is moving in July and doesnt want to hurt me, and she spazzed on me one night

Is this normal to feel this overwhelmed?

my boyfriend just proposed today, and i said yes. i know i want to marry him, but i can already feel myself being stressed out. and i haven't even started to think about a wedding!! he's going to iraq in a few months so we'll be getting married in 2008, so it's not like i am going to run out of time......has anyone else felt this overwhelmed and stressed out? gah

Im pretty depressed now that the girl I liked has moved away...and I dont know what to do...we can still talk on the phone and stuff, but it's not the same and Im becoming incredibly sad and bored without her....hmphh PLEASE HELP....any suggestions on what I can do??? Thanks...... : (

Settle a weather argument for me? Wind chill (sort of) question..?

I have a friend who has a BROTHER that is a meteorologist, so he thinks he's a meteorologist, too. Last weekend, I left his Super Bowl party and it was COLD. My truck has an outside thermometer built in and it showed a temp of 6°F. I got home and called him to let him know we got home ok & he told me the temp was 11°. I told him our truck showed 6. He says that's because the WIND VELOCITY made it colder. Now....I know about wind chill, and it shouldn't affect my truck's thermometer. At least, that's what I think. Anyone know for sure? Can you point me to a website that I can reference? I've looked, but can't seem to find anything.

Easy hair from the 20's-30's?

My school is having a formal and the theme is "Cotton Club," so everybody is dressing up as flappers or 20's gangsters. I have a dress picked out, but I don't know how to do my hair easily! I will only have a very short time to do my hair, and I have very long hair, so I can't do the finger wave. Does anybody have tips for me?

I'm stuck?

A simple 2.00m-long pendulum oscillates in a location where g =9.8. How many complete oscillations does it make in 5. minutes?
I use the formula and find T, then I divide it by whatever I got. but I don't get the answer. The answer is 105 oscillations. What am I doing wrong?
