What do you mean, 'going to be'? McGonagall took over the post of Headmistress at the closure of the 6th book.

McGonagall

I also think she is going to play a strong role in book 7. Just a hunch, but I think McGonagall has a fierce streak in her and she will be a strong ally to Harry.

If the school re-opens, then no doubt it will be McGonagall. She's been deputy headmistress for years, so no doubt she'll take up the post next
