hi, I am a single mom of three, have a good job but bad credit due from my divorce where we had joint credit.I want to move to dallas tx to start life over but really dont want to rent. I like to find a rent to own house or trailer so how do I go about it since right now I am still in another state and looking to move in about 2 to 3 month? any suggestions?

My situation: I joined the company 401k plan in the mid-December 2006. Which I thought will start from beginning of 2007. However, my company started draw the money immediately and I didn't notice until I got my W2 form recently. The 401k deduction is only $769 for year 2006. I have already put money on my IRA account which I can put $5000 for 2006, I'm 50 years old. Based on the IRS rule, I could not contribute to IRA if I have 401k and have AGI more than $80000 in 2006 which I did. Is there any way that I can change the 401k contribution to non-deductible, so I can contribute to my IRA?

The leaves grew back but very slowly. The color of the leaves went from dark green to a light green with a yellowish hint. The back of the leave had a slight hint of white. Could this coloring be caused by having too much light for my plants?

Ok heres the sitch, Ive been plannin my 19th birthday for weeks now and here was my plan, get the house to my own, invite loads of freinds over, get the drinks a-flowing, put on some tunes n when its in full swing have an underground midget fight. For the midgets im using my nextdoor neighbour Earl and My good freind Karl. Both real midgets. How ever i thought that to help it go extra smooth i would drug em up a bit. Earl on Stearoids and Karl on poppers. However... I think i over dosed Earl... In mid fight Earl K.Oed Karl and in his drug enduced excitement lobbed a fire extinguisher at the crowd and set about setting fire to the kitchen with meths. Before long a full scale brawl ensiued. Me and my mate Ron are locked in the study and Earl is hacking his way in as i type this, i don't think we have long... please help! p.s someone has cut the phone lines and there is smoke coming under the door help. please.

A car has been dumped in a private shared drive outside my garage blocking entry and subsequently had it's tyres slashed, windows broken etc. The police can do nothing and the council say that I will have to pay for it's removal. (No other residents are particularly affected as they can still access their properties). Shouldn't the council recover the cost from the owner? I don't see why I should have to pay £75 to get rid of this selfish idiot's car.

This is for a church quilting group and I want to include the kiddos, however I need to have guidelines for using the rotary cutter so no one gets hurt.
