Most of the 'facts' above are not true....not always anyway.
How is that for strange fact?

* Only some cats were protected by that law. Think famous cats, like Puxatauny Phil. (OK, not a cat but...you get the idea.)
* Lick elbow? Yes, some can. Check these:
