Does anybody believe as i do, that courtney had a huge part in kurts death ( murder) like i do, and do you think there will ever be any light shed on the case and it being reopened for prosecution.... god i would so love that :o) x

to A mercer, whom commened, im huge fan of nirvana, and have watched loads of programs about the conspiracy theory, and even the recent book love and hate, with new evidence in which points to a planned murder, its a really good book and has loads of valid infomaton about the theory. thats why i wanted to hear other people views :o)

COURTNEY LOVE WAS FACING A DIVORCE- less money than if he were dead.
Someone was using kurts credit card - when dead? Someone was attempting to use the missing credit card after Cobain died, but the attempts stopped when his body was discovered.
to track down kurt the card got cancelled rather than stay active to track him?
the suicide note was not a suicide note but a note revealing he was quitting nirvana, only the last 3 lines point to suicide which is questioned by experts as different handwriting
COBAIN WAS INJECTED WITH 3 TIMES A LETHAL DOSE OF HEROIN!!
The police and the Medical Examiner have no forensic evidence that proves Cobain's death was a suicide. On the other hand, there's a substantial amount of evidence for murder,
thats just a few, i didnt really want to have to put all this but i did get asked so thats just a small amount of evidence.

TO A mercer, lmao, u r taking this way too serious, point 1 - read back to my question i did not say she killed him , i said i think she had a huge part in the murder / death whatever you want to call it, all of your point yes are good, however based on the evidence ALTOGETHER not as just one single thing been found, there is alot that point to a murder with all that evidence collected by PI's etc, chill man !

no he suffered from depression and painful stomach,bowel problems,he gave us great music ,lets leave it at that and be thankful
yes courtney is eccentric but he loved her anyway and they had a beautiful child together

From all the evidence that you have added shows much evidence that is pointing in that direction. The only problems is that Kurt already tried to commit suicide. He escaped from rehab and then commited suicde. Courtney probably wont have known where he had escaped to and couldnt have killed him at the time. I am not a expert on the matter, but if Kurt had been murdered i dont think it would have been by his wife, even though she had a lot of reasons to.

SOMEONE could have and it deserves real investigation
1 One of Kurts best friends bought him that shotgun as Kurt was worried about someone creeping around his house days before. It was a shotgun designed for defence. (would you do that for someone you thought was anywhere near suicidal?)
2 Kurt had everything to live for, daughter and was planning on quitting the music business and getting a divorce (Nirvana was very nearly over at the time)
3 Kurt was not suicidally depressed (reality and an later legend)
4 Courtney has never questioned anything other than suicide for Kurts death (strange as many others have)
5 The handwriting on the suicide has been questioned (different styles and the first half in Kurts writing it bears little resemblance to a suicide note)

Absolutely not-let's face facts,despite his genius the guy had serious issues,one of which was a drug addiction,his paranoia was spiralling out of control and so was his depression.She never put the gun in his hand and a mother would not take away her childs father like that.She had enough money of her own and loved the guy-that's why she's such a mess now.The guy blew out his brains because of drugs & mental health issues,to imply anything more is a bit far fetched and along the lines of U.F.O/conspiracy theories.He would have done it no matter who he was with-if you have suicidal tendencies then only proper psychiatric help can save you.

I think the kind of lifestyle they led (drugs etc) makes her partly responsible for his state of mind. We've all seen how unpleasant she can be...imagine living with her.
I do feel somehow or other she contributed to his death whether he was murdered or not.
He was clearly very depressed and I don't get the impression that she was supportive.
He probably never stood a chance one way or another.

are you mad Kurt Cobain killed himself by shooting himself in the top of his gum, through his mouth. Courtney love wouldn't do that and wouldn't write a suicide note in Kurt's hand writing.

Whilst I don't think she had anything to do with pulling the trigger, she was probably one of the main reasons for him doing it. This said, I very much doubt she'll ever do time for it.

what happened if your read into Kurt music and poems, was
courtney kurt and Billy Corban from smashing pumkins where in a love triangle where all 3 where doing each other, Courtney started to fall for Billy more than kurt and kurt could not handle it. having that along with the self loathing attitutde the we all loved and hungered for he decided to do the most logical thing he could think of "kaboom"
that is what happened.

she is a blood sucking leach .but remember her and kurt were junkies the drugs cobain were on caused him to get depressed and kill himself case closed. it happened to someone i know
