I am interested to set up a UK Limited Liability Partnership. I am not a UK resident (though EU National). Two questions:
1. Am I subject to UK tax in such a case?
2. Suppose the answer for 1 is "no". How do I withdraw money from the LLP without paying any taxes to UK authorities? Do I just transfer it to my personal bank account?

I parked my car outside at the meter and now I can't get it back to Drive. It's locked in park! I can start the car, turn the wheel, use parking break, ect everything else is fine, just can't shift!! I've read if it's cold outside (which it is) that this happens but it's been through many a winters and this has never happened, please help, I don't want to have it towed!! Says nothing about it in the stupid manual...

Okay so I woke up this morning and 8 of my fingers were swollen, there was nothing in them, they are not jammed. I just don't know what is wrong with them. They are still swollen, now and I would really like some information as to what it might be. Please give me some information. They burn, and it feels like several pins are poking them, and earlier today they were sweating for no reason. Please tell me what it might be. Please!

I have researched this - but bridge design is very complicated and I can't come up with an estimate for this load in simple terms. I built a little roman arch model with a width of 4 in and span of 7.5 in. It holds 100lbs! I want to know what this 100lb. load might be in real-life. Is it a million pounds? My bridge is a single lane. I plan to build truss and beam bridges out of the same material to show how the design changes affect the max static load. My Dad says this is no way to design bridges but I'm having fun and this is not for a grade. Thank you.
