I am not saying he is a coward-but he was of age could have went and didn't-I know everybody (neo-cons) bad mouth Kerry-but Kerry was one of the the few rich kids that went. Limbaugh -Hannity etc. they all bad mouthed Kerry-I am a Vietnam Vet-lost alot of freinds over there-just watched some neo-cons bad mouthing Kerry-had to vent a little.

I have a sinus headach. I will not be able to get to the doctors until next wednesday (Valentines day)...due to my CRAZY schedule. (And I do have an appointment for that day..just to make sure its not an infection.) Until then though, does anybody have any suggestions as to how to get rid of/reduce the pain that this headach is giving?

I have taken sudafed, i tried regular advil/motrin/tylonol etc.. I took a hot steamy shower..

Is there any other way to get relief from this? I work at a daycare so the children are CONSTANTLY screaming and by the time I get to go home I dont want to do anything but take a sleeping pill and go to bed!

Any suggestions??

growing up, my complexion would always change. I got darker and darker as I grew older. I used to get teased alot in school because of my complexion. I even got mistreated by my own family for it. My great-grandma used say that I was getting too dark and that it's all my dads fault for producing darker kids. I'm 16 years old now, and sometimes I still feel ugly because of my skin and how most of the guys in my school go after all the white girls and fair-skinned black girls and they snub me and say that "you're pretty for a dark-skinned, but I only like light-skinned girls" not only do I have dark skin. but I have natural hair. My hair used to be relaxed and it was down to my waist. I wanted to go nautal because I want my hair to be healier and I wanted to start over. And the kids at school are always saying, "you have napps in your hair, or ***** u need a perm." Has any other Black person dealt with this?

Me and my wonderful boyfriend have been dating for a year and a half and we are very happy together I wont tell you how young we are but ill say under 20. We will probably get married someday soon. We argue some.... well we argue about stupid stuff though. We are very active in sports and have about.... well no time. I spend every weekend with him and we are very happy. I was also pregnant back in October I had a misscarriage.. and even though we werent ready for a child but we were really heartbroken because we feel that it was a blessing and if god didnt want it then he wouldnt have made it that way. I have a very sensitive spot when it comes to that. Is that normal to be sad.? I also have a promise ring is that for real?... He gave it to me on our 1 year anniversary when we were camping.. his mom cried... We are very close me and his mom and she thinks were perfect together. We feel that our lives are perfect and we want marrage.... to make it official.... are we ready? too young?

My ex said I have mood swings and am always hot or cold. I think this is partly true but I think he may just be being mean to me. I don't have really high "manic" periods, I just consider that normal. Much of the time I am depressed though, withdrawn, tired, lazy, eat a lot. When I am feeling "normal" I do have a high sex drive and I like to shop a lot. I also have a bad temper. I am worried these are symptoms but I have no health insurance.
