I have been contacting you on the same
problems now since the end of last
year. I would like it fixed. Not an
email that says you are aware of the
problem and are trying to fix it. That
is all you ever tell me. No straight
answer, just beating around the bush.

Part of their reply:

into the problem that you have encountered, it will be necessary for the
Yahoo! 360° Support Team to enter your account and conduct some tests.

I don't what I want to do someday? Here are some of my interests... animals(Australian animals) writing(short things) I'm so confused! I wanted to be a teacher but now I don't really. i changed a string on my yahama then tuned with electronic tuner. but any chord i play is off and sounds horrible! i checked it against my acoustic and there was a 5 fret difference in string tone. how can it be in tune and so far off? how do i fix it? i tried to stretch the strings several times.

hardness- less than 3
appearance- Greyish
luster- I think metallic (shiny like inside of a shell maybe)
Cleavage- Perfect (like thin layers)

I want to work with animals when I get older. Preferably in a zoo.
What should I major in? I was told Wildlife Management but I dont think that has to do with what I want to go for.

The ans from Sony is that you can't delete photos from computer via CyberShot. After downloading photos from camera to computer into CyberShot, deleting can't be done from CyberShot Web. Photos can be deleted from computer once they're moved to say Wizard or somethig else. My dilema though is once photos are moved from CyberShot, most of my info is lost such as shutter speed, aperture, focal length, image size etc.
