i dont have anything to take either

If you got an ice pack that would help you a lot,,
or ice from the freezer ,, put them in plastic bag
then wrap the bag with a cloth ,, lay down in bed
and leave it on your forehead till you feel better.

There are so many types but you were short on info . . .
If you are not dehydrated from too much caffeine or alcohol ( & need to drink more water) then
Some say that rubbing lemon on the temples helps for migraine types.
If it is medical related , I am not sure.

Do something aerobic. Jumping jacks, jog around the block, something like that.
