year. I would like it fixed. Not an

problem and are trying to fix it. That
is all you ever tell me. No straight
answer, just beating around the bush.

I think the Yahoo replies are canned, and entered by appropriate code number by somebody sitting in front of a computer in Bangalore. Assuming that there is even a human involved in all this.

Wow. That is just plain wrong. What are they trying to fix? They should be able to fix anything within one year of the complaint and without diving into your account. Sue them! No, just kidding. What they are doing is wrong, and an invasion of privacy. I reccomend e-mailing them, wait for two days for the reply, then e-mail them again if not answered. Also, send a query as to why they need to go into your account. Good luck, and until you know don't let them into your account.

yeah that is rediculous! i can't believe that. i went through the same thing with my internet service and it tok them six months to finish a five minute job. talk about rediculous huh! hope you haave better luck than i did.
