I just bought a home in Los Angeles, CA and decided to put a fence around my house and my neighbor currently has a concrete fence or wall around his property. Can I use the fence or wall on my side of the property to hold the fence that I want to install. I have already tried talking with the neighbor and he does not want me to touch his wall at all. The only thing that I will do it maybe drill 2-4 holes to attach the fence. It will not cause any damage at all to the concrete fence. And since the fence or wall which is on my side of the property can't I use it since it is on my side. If anyone has had this problem or know someone tell me what they did or were I can go or call to ask about what to do. The biggest problem is that the work has already been started and I have paid for half of it and I can't just stop it now because this neighbor is being so mean.

I am currently living as a MA at-will tenant (no lease, only verbal agreement). I have this arangement because I like the month to month rent. I think that my landlord does this because he thinks he has more control over me and my roommates that way. He has threatened to throw us out before, without a good reason. He also is quite rude and so controlling that my roommates and i fear that if we upset him, for any small reason, it will give him incentive to throw us out. Not having a lease, I've been told that my landlord could be resposible for paying the utilities. He also has made no mention of the interest bearing security deposit account. How it works is, when you move in, you pay your security deposit to the person vacating the bedroom and your first month's rent to the landlord. When you move out you collect your security deposit from the person, that you found, not your landlord. Shouldn't the landlord be paying me 5% on my security deposit after living in my place for 1 year?

I honestly just don't get it. I was watching a show on Evangelicalism today the minister was talking about how proof of Dinosaurs came from the bible, and that they were talked about in there. This obviously is interpretation at its worst.

After the lesson they interviewed the kids and my heart broke for these little brainwashed minds. If a parent chooses to do this on their own I suppose it is their business even though I think it is criminal, but in know way should it even be argued that this be taught beside scientific evidence of the age of the earth, or the evolution of dinosaurs.

I had a dream about a guy who I used to have a HUGE crush on. He moved away a couple years ago and I really haven't talked to him. In my dream he came back and left a note for me with my mom on a piece of paper shaped like a heart. I couldn't read the handwriting though. I have a three month old Boston terrier. I just got him 2 days ago. It is currently -14 degrees with the windchill outside. I have been trying to train him to go on the puppy pads which has worked out once. I'm not sure if I should just take him outside or what. He doesn't really go in a crate at all. I have one but haven't really used it. I'll take any suggestions for house training

I'm using Paint.NET to make a desktop for my computer. The dimesions of the finished picture need to be 12"x8.75". I need to convert those measurents into pixels. The only problem is, I don't know how to find my DPI. If anyone knows the formula/program used to find DPI and could tell me--thanks!!!
