I sleep good but for some reason i'm just so tired. I never have energy and I feel exausted and can't stay up for more then 4 or 5 hours. Is there anything i can add to my diet to give me more energy. I've been to the doctors he took some blood and said everything is okay.

i split with my ex 4 weeks ago i no we aruge but both are jobs were geting us down i can see that now we split

How can i fix the color of my skin???

Can people who are bipolar (treated) adopt a baby ?

I am bipolar, but under treatment and medication. I would prefer not to have children on my own because I know that bipolar is genetic. I really believe that I would be a good mom, but would I even be given the chance since I am bipolar even though it is treated?

Why do Fundamentalists take the Old Testament as a history book when it's not intended to be one?

Are they that lacking in comprehension in literature that they would take everything so literally?

that's crazy, especially given how the Catholic church actually debated over what texts to leave in and what to throw out, it's been mistranslated, retranslated, back and forth from different languages,
how could anyone in their right mind take a book so literally which has such a flaky past?
and the OT is the JEW'S holy book and even THEY don't take that crap literally,
so what the hell is your deal?

how to count the cycle days? not sure? when do i ovulate??

I dont really understand the whole cycle time like perphaps i started on the 7th of december and on january i started on the 5th and i just started my period again on Febuary 3rd, so do i add by the first day of the cycle to the day before my next menstrual period day or do i count it from the day i start to the next day i start ? i wondering if i am a 30 day cylcle or 29 even though they are not always exact days just by like 1,2,3 days? please help me to understand this cylcel stuff i been trying to get pregnant for mainly a year and 1 month now and nothing?

loose skin....?

i had my son 11 months ago and i was wondering has anyone done a body wrap? were the results permanent or do you have to keep doing wraps, someone told me that if you do it that it should stay permament. i dont have to much loose skin...does anyone know??
