I have a expired passport. I'm going to Florida during Spring Break. Do I need a passoprt if I go on plane from New york to florida and back?

Not yet.... but as of Jan.1, 2008 you will.... right now it's only for those leaving the US to travel..(except the US virgin Islands and PR)

For a domestic flight you need picture identification such as a driver's license with the same name as is on your plane ticket. You will never need a passport for a domestic flight, only international travel.

No! you do need one if you leave the U.S. to get back in.
