When abortion was illegal there were all kinds of negative consequences. Abortion is the right of the female to have control over her body in the early stages of pregnancy.

In my opinion abortion should be legal.
To explain, i will first point out the main reasons that (apparently) justified the illegallity of abortion:
1st.-To abort is the same as muder.NO one ,except God can decide who and when is going to die.
2nd- By making the abortion legal, man and woman will be less conscious about the consequence of sex without protection cause the unwanted baby doesnt necessarilly has to born.

Now let me explain why i dont agree with them
The first reason is based on an christian concept of the world and , since the State is no longe linked with the Church as many centuaries ago, it s no longer reasonable to think like that( what is not correct in a moral concept or religion concept doesnt mean it should be illegal). On the other hand, to abort is not the same as murder cause, life doesnt "cientifically exist " yet. At least it is true untill the Fetilizied egg reach certain point of development. For most of hte cientists, untill 14 weeks of pregnancy it is not consider there is life.

The second resaons, is statistically demosntrated that it is false. All we know that by interdicting abortion didnt make its rate decrease , it simply is done in a clandestine way( when it should be done in the hospitals with good hygenic conditions, doctors and equipment).

And, the best way to improve sexual responsability is by improving sex education.

Will the legalizing or illegalizing of abortions change anything. Legalize it and people abort, illegalize it and people still abort.

I say it depends on a woman's choice. Most people believe that it will act as a "birth control". I fear this to. I think it should be regulated by how much is on a woman's health record. Religious people don't have to do it, but don't force other people to believe like you do. It's cruel. The government should butt out. The govt. officials are chosen by the people, but not everyone thinks the same way. By making abortion illegal, you drive it underground, where it costs more and is much more dangerous. It will happen anyway. Whether anyone likes it or not, it will happen.

(I also think one thing that could help is comprehensive sexual education, but that's another argument entirely.)

Legal for cases such as rape, when the growing baby fatally threatens the life of the mother, or cases where the child will be born without vital organs or a brain . Illegal for the general population who should know that if you aren't prepared to have a child and take care of it then you shouldn't be having sex. Abortion shouldn't be a means of birth control. If you never want to have children then go get yourself fixed, aborting a child isn't the solution.

Hello
Yes, in some cases I believe so.
But not taking for granted!!
It should follow with strict guidelines!

Even though we may be against it or not, I strongly believe these ladies having the abortion need a safe, clean and healthy place to perform this action.

If not given a safe place would only allow more unsafe and proper abortion increase, causing women to go for back alleys, unlicensed doctor /s. And that would only be causing high risk complication /s never alone higher death rates.
Losing mom and fetus / UN born child.

We can't change the whole world's way of thinking on this issue, But we could change just one person's view and isn't that worth it?

It's a personal choice weather we agree are not.

AND no women should have be allow more no less than 0NE abortion and no more than 3.
UN less mom is high risk do or die situation!!

Or it will become a form of birth control method, which in my eye's is clearly sending the wrong message out there.

Every time a women has a abortion ,need or not is wrecking their body never alone chances for normal pregnancy in the further.

I think the issue of abortion should be personal. If I voted that abortion should be outlawed, it would be from an insensitive, biased perspective. I don't condone murder, however, I don't agree that anyone should have jurisdiction over anyone else's body, either. I think the best medium would be if abortion were legalized under circumstantial limitations, depending on the conditions of the conception, health of the mother, and how far along she is, etc. For instance, if a young girl was raped and couldn't physically handle a pregnancy, she shouldn't be prohibited from aborting if she wanted to.

Abortion should not be used as a form of birth control.

Although I don't believe in it, I think in medical situations, it should be allowed in order to protect the mother.

I don't support the government telling people what to do about anything. But for a woman to have an abortion at 3 or 4 months is downright wrong, if not murder. The physicians that do such things should lose their license as what they do violates their oath, "Do no harm...."
