Anyone of them caught my eye. It's really dependent on the type of business and the target market.
Color selection and style are two basic components of web design and each are related to the target market.

For readability, nothing beats black type on a white background. Only a couple of these templates even offer that possibility. Pick one of them.
Light type on a dark background is notoriously difficult to read. A design company, such as this one, that doesn't seem to know that may not be the best choice for you to buy a template from.
