They say Cholesterol, but in reality they aren't that bad for you.

Eggs are pretty good and delicious. But too much eggs is trouble. I don't recommend you eating eggs every day(especially fried). The reason is; you can most likely cause a reaction to the heart, which will come back to haunt u in your 30's. Basically, eggs have soo much cholesterol in them, if you're gonna eat eggs every day, try taking out the yellow portion or limit yourself to 3-4 times a week. Eggs are good but not daily....

Hope that helps !

It's the yolk that has the most 'bad' stuff. If you are going to have eggs everyday, try removing a yolk or two from the mix, you probably won't miss it.

Definately use organic eggs if available, or at least mix up the ranches you are eating from as trace chemicals could be more unhealthy than the eggs!!!

I would eat eggs no more than every other day, as people that eat the same food all the time develop food allergies (in my experience). Let your body rest.

You're in your 20s and eating eggs everyday? I'm 16 and barely eat them once a week. Besides that, eating eggs everyday isn't good. Even if they are in different forms. Eggs are high in protein which is good, but having too much of a good thing can turn bad. Egg yolks are very very high in cholesterol, so this could cause heart conditions. And since you are still young, you need to cut down your intake.

Well eggs are extremely good for you. they are a good source of protein and numerous vitamins. However they apparently contain cholesterol, and thus some argue they shouldn't be eaten too often. But I eat eggs quite alot and I think that as long as you diet is generally ok overall then there is nothing wrong with eating them everyday. Though keep fried eggs to a minimum - say once a week.

Eggs are a great source of lean protein. Unless you have a heard condition, which I imagine is unlikely given your age, you can quite safely eat eggs everyday without fear. I would probably limit to one a day, or if you have more than one a day then perhaps not every day. But I also love eggs and have them quite a lot. They are cheap, delicious and nutritious.

I also don't believe there is any correlation between eggs and smelly flatulence, that would be in the nose of the beholder, so to speak.

Eggs are really good for you actually.....

The only thing i believe you need to watch out for is high cholestrol....the yellow part (the yolk) of the egg contains a lot of cholesterol..... perhaps some days you can try just eating the egg whites? The yellow part also contains lot of calories/fat i believe. ..

Other than that, theres a lot of good vitamins/nutrients in eggs.

One of the latest studies on egg consumption and whether it affects cholesterol levels found that there was no corelation. Subject ate up to eight eggs a day without ill effect and zero impact on cholesterol levels.

At some point, you may want to cut back on eating eggs prepared with high fat oils. But, unless you are overweight or have other health problems, eggs are just fine!

Eggs are full of cholesterol which can clog your arteries and cause a stroke or a heart attack. Try not to eat them more than a couple of times a week.

Good grief. Ever hear of high cholesterol? EGGS do that. You shouldn't eat more than 3 eggs a week. You certainly shouldn't eat them every day. Want to die of clogged arteries when you are 35?
