I am still confused about using a webcam in astrophotography. Do we have to use the eye piece intact and webcam lense intact while mounting the cam to the scope. Or do we have to remove the webcam lense and the eyepiece and expose the ccd directly to the light without using the eye piece.

I have heard different views on this topic I wish to know which one is correct, most of the websites claim to remove the eyepiece and the webcam lense before mounting and this makes sense to me but please confirm what is the correct method for mounting a webcam onto a newtonian scope for planatery astrophotography?

my grandfather passed recently and when i was a kid we were close spent many summers together and took many road trips. as i got older my parents split and my relationship with him and my grandma diminished. he had been sick for along time and finally passed away peacefully at his home. he had suffered a stroke and passed shortly afterwards. i went and saw him in the hospital before he was taken home and he was aware as to who i was but was upset because he couldnt remember my name. i had brought my youngest child his newest grandbaby to see him. he was so happy to see her and just wanted to touch her. which was not like him at all he was a very stubborn not affectionate man. i have been having alot of dreams about him just standing there. he doesnt say anything and he just stares at me. anyone know what it could mean. thanks

My girlfriend is making me something for valentines day and she gave me the following clues, Just trying to have a little fun and see if I can figure it out.

- She bought parts of it separately and she is putting it together.
- It is colorful, consists of at least 4 different colors
- It has shapes on it.
- It is common and accomplishes a task
- it is big, but small enough to wrap without any trouble.

I went on a date with this guy a month ago. We have kept in touch through text and phone calls since he only comes to california every 2 weeks for work. He has been the one texting and calling me and I've only returned them. I finally agreed to come see him this weekend for a few days and since then he has been acting not as interested.. He stopped sending the daily "i want to see you babe" texts and hasn't talked to me as much. If I ignore him for a few days before this weekend, do you think he'll act more interested? Let them earn the room and board and 3 meals a day. Get them on a jet and when they arrive, give them all guns and tell them to go have fun. That would save the military some money. It would also help the over crowding in our prisons. Don't get me wrong, I am very grateful for anyone son or daughter who is fighting for this country. My nephew fought there and I had a good friend who lost her oldest son there in november. ..But enough is enough!!!

I am well-educated (Master's degree), well-traveled, I speak 2 languages, my picture got an 8.5 on Hot or Not :) and I have other pictures posted as well. A projectile is fired in such a way that its horizontal range is equal to three times its maxium height. What is the angle of projection?

I understand that we use the equation R = (V^2 / g) sin2(theta)

What i dont understand is what the horizontal and vertical distances should be.

Am i supposed to use the above equation? or should i use:

x = Vcos(theta)t
-h= Vsin(theta)t - .5gt^2

My girlfriend is upset because her ex-boyfriend called her and told her that he is now in a relationship with someone else. She is upset because she says he said at one point (long time ago) that he wasn’t ready for a relationship. And now that he is in a relationship she says she feels like he didn’t care about her. Why is she upset over this matter when she is in a relationship with me? Does she still love him? When I asked her if she does she yells at me and says no. What do you think?
